FEES TO LANDLORDS
Fees apply
Please be aware your tenancy will be subject to the following fees.
Tenant Find: Sole Agency 9.6% incl. VAT (8% + VAT) - Multiple Agency 12% incl. VAT (10% + VAT)
Includes:
Collect and remit initial months’ rent received
Agree collection of any shortfall and payment method
Provide tenant with method of payment
Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
Make any HMRC deduction and provide tenant with the NRL1 (if relevant)
Rent collection: 3.6% incl. VAT (2.5% + VAT)
Includes:
Collect and remit initial months’ rent received
Agree collection of any shortfall and payment method
Provide tenant with method of payment
Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
Make any HMRC deduction and provide tenant with the NRL8 (if relevant)
Fully managed: 7.2% incl. VAT (6% + VAT)
Includes:
Collect and remit initial months’ rent received
Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions
Deduct commission and other works
Advise all relevant utility providers of changes
Undertake periodic inspections and notify landlord of the outcome
Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
Hold the keys throughout tenancy term
Energy Performance Certificate: £120 incl. VAT
Gas Safe Certificate: £120 incl. VAT
Tenant Referencing (through Rightmove): £90 incl. VAT pp
Inventory fee: From £150 incl. VAT (Depends on size of property - Contact Mile)
Professional Clean: From £115 incl. VAT (Depends on size of property - Contact Mile)
Carbon Monoxide Detector: £60 incl. VAT (Installed)
Electrical Certificate: £300 incl. VAT (Not including remedial works)
