“I started my career at 16 years of age in the late eighties in estate agency as a junior sales negotiator with a private well known company in Willesden Green and now almost 40 years later I am back here. My career moved into the nineties seeing my first recession and now seeing my second a few of years ago. I have noticed that clients and purchasers are resilient through these hard times but work through them. With a background in insurance; mainly in the property sector, I had always been keen to be more directly involved in property, so when the opportunity arose at Mile Estates to work in such a vibrant area of London it was an easy decision to make when considering the career change.

My interest in property stemmed from a young age so when the opportunity arose at Mile to broaden my knowledge in a different and exciting location, it seemed like a challenge I had to accept. I thoroughly enjoy the day to day action and going the extra mile!

I have always been passionate about the property industry and have worked in various roles in Lettings, as a negotiator, in property management and investment. Mile Estates is an excellent team of property professionals with whom I feel perfectly at home. I am interested in the arts and enjoy long distance running.

Having worked in customer service and the property industry for over 12 years, I have gained exceptional skills and knowledge to become an experienced Property Manager. Building a good, trusted relationship with landlords and tenants is very important, to ensure a managed property is managed correctly and communication is key. I am a sociable, bubbly person and I believe you always treat people how you would like to be treated. I love spending time with my family and children, exploring the outside world along with our 4 legged friend Chester.

With a background in hospitality and customer service, I have always enjoyed providing the best level of customer service and building relationships with everyone that I speak to. I have always been very keen on working and being involved in property, so when the opportunity came up to work at Mile Estates and join the team here, it was the easiest decision I have ever made and I haven’t looked back since.

After a successful first role in agency in North London, I realised I needed to be closer to centre and when an opportunity at Mile came up in such a good location, It was impossible to refuse. I strive in bringing new business on board, as well as working effectively to maintain relationships with existing clients. Since joining, It’s definitely been one of the best career decisions I’ve made and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!

I enjoy working at Mile Estates because I find it rewarding to help handle tenant relationships, and ensure that everything runs smoothly for both landlords and tenants.
