mile… provides an extensive property management service for landlords.  experience, managing a property can be a full-time job, one you do not need if you already have a full-time job or live overseas. Plus with ever changing legislation it’s hard to keep up to date and play by the rules! If you own a rental property, or you are a landlord of several investment homes, we can take that weight off your shoulders with our property management service.

The management service can also influence the type of tenant you receive. Tenants often prefer properties that are managed by an agent as it guarantees a level of service. Professional and Cooperate tenants will often pay a premium for this. And here at mile... we have a dedicated property management specialist to attend to all of your needs ...ensuring your biggest asset is our main concern.

What is involved...? 

There is much to do when letting out your property. To begin with, you need to prepare the property so it’s ready to let. Other than tax matters which need to be dealt with by your accountant we will organise utility bills, keys and inventories, safety certificates for gas, electrics and appliances; the list goes on.

As your property manager, we can do all of that for you. Once your property is suitably compliant for people to move into, we will then manage it throughout the tenancy, providing monthly account statements along the way. We will also deal with any day to day issues that may arise and keep you informed at all times.

When it is time for a new tenancy, we will arrange an independent inventory check-out, help negotiate any damages and reimbursements and, if need be, offer advice on insurance or deposit claims.
