The whole area is full of open spaces and parks: Paddington Ground is only five minute walk away and it's excellent for both an evening sport or more strenuous sporting activities as it includes a running track, a number of tennis courts,

basketball and football pitches, and a gym.

Tollgate Gardens is within walking distance of other parks, like Regent's Park and Queens Park, as well as Little

Venice, all around 20 minutes walk from the flat. Queen's Park is within easy reach, with its excellent butcher, wine shop, deli, and a farmer's market every Sunday. Restaurants like Milk Beach and Carmel are great spots for both brunch

and dinner. In the other direction, Hart & Love serves excellent pastry and coffee. There are number of grocery stores around the flat. Tesco Express is only a few minutes away, but for those wanting to do a bigger shop there's also an M&S and

a Sainsbury's on Kilburn High Road. The apartment is five minutes' walk from Kilburn Park station (Bakerloo) and Kilburn High Road station (Overground). There are plenty of excellent bus routes in the area.
